Key Responsibilities:

Conduct thorough fact-finds to understand clients' financial circumstances, needs, and objectives
Research and recommend suitable mortgage products from a comprehensive panel of lenders, with a compassionate and supportive approach
Advise on appropriate protection solutions (e.g., life insurance, critical illness cover, income protection) to safeguard clients' financial well-being
Prepare and present transparent, compliant, and personalised advice reports
Manage the application process efficiently, liaising with providers, solicitors, and clients as required
Maintain accurate and up-to-date client records
Ensure full compliance with FCA regulations and company policies
Proactively identify opportunities for new business and client retention
Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and introducers, understanding their long-term financial goals, and providing ongoing support
Keep up-to-date with industry changes, products, and regulations

What We're Looking For:

Full CeMAP qualification (or equivalent)
Proven experience as a Mortgage and Protection Adviser, with a strong track record of achieving good client outcomes
Excellent understanding of the mortgage market and a wide range of mortgage products
Solid knowledge of protection products and their relevance to client needs
Excellent written and verbal communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport quickly with clients and colleagues
Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
Highly organised and meticulous with attention to detailA proactive and positive attitude, with a willingness to learn and adapt
A commitment to providing outstanding customer service
Proficiency in CRM systems and mortgage sourcing software
The ability to work from home, with some evening and weekend flexibility
