Remote Case Managers

As a Case Manager, you will be an integral part of our team, supporting our Mortgage and Protection Advisers throughout the mortgage application process.
Key Responsibilities:
- Processing mortgage applications: Accurately inputting data, preparing necessary documentation, and ensuring all paperwork is compliant and complete
- Liaising with clients, providers, and solicitors: Acting as a key point of contact, providing updates, resolving queries, and ensuring smooth communication between all parties
- Managing case files: Maintaining meticulous records, updating systems, and tracking the progress of each application from submission to completion
- Conducting compliance checks: Ensuring all applications adhere to regulatory guidelines and internal policies
- Providing administrative support: Assisting with general office duties, scheduling appointments, and preparing reports as required
What We're Looking For:
- Proven experience in an administrative role, ideally within the financial services or mortgage sector
- Exceptional organisational skills with a strong attention to detail
- Excellent written and verbal communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport quickly with clients and colleagues
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team, managing multiple tasks and meeting deadlines
- A proactive and positive attitude, with a willingness to learn and adapt
- Knowledge of mortgage products and processes is highly desirable but not essential, as complete training will be provided
- The ability to work from home
